SO...

I graduated from Corona Del Mar High School in Newport Beach, CA in 2016. I played varsity basketball, varsity softball, and Track and Field. I was a part of the Student Athlete Leadership Team as well as the Academic Decathlon Team.

Currently, I attend San Diego Christian College in Santee, CA. I recently just finished my undergraduate degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in English. Next semester I will be completing my Single Subject Teaching Credential which consists of a semester of course work and one semester of teaching in a classroom. I am elated to further my journey as an educator. Afterwards, I plan to obtain my Master's Degree in Teaching from San Diego Christian College which is two more semesters.

I played two seasons of collegiate basketball at San Diego Christian College; however, due to injury I decided to hang up my shoes a bit early. Nonetheless, I discovered another way of loving basketball --- officiating. I honestly do not miss playing basketball; the only thing I miss is the camaraderie aspect. Currently, I officiate high school basketball in the South County of San Diego, CA.

I have always written poetry for therapeutic purposes, but never actually took it seriously until mid-2018. It has always been a dream of mine to publish a book in order to spread a message. My poetry book has been on the back burner lately, but I hope to publish it soon.

Since the beginning of this semester, I have been seeing a counselor to take care of some past issues that have been postponed for a long time. I have grown to love journaling daily again and recently came up with an idea of creating a self-growth journal called: Refinement. The concept behind the journal is to guide others to help them grow, refine, and become the best versions of theirselves.
